Our house, built in 1673, is a typical lake house full of charm and perfect for a unique escape or vacation. We have completely renovated the house while respecting tradition, offering three different types of apartments:
The "Red Apartment," with a capacity of 5 people, is bright and has a long balcony overlooking the square and the lake. The apartment's original frescoed ceilings and elegant furnishings make it stand out.
The "Green Apartment," with a capacity of 4 people, is quiet and functional. Its wooden coffered ceilings and traditional furnishings take you back in time.
The "Blue Apartment," with a capacity of 2 people, is small but meticulously maintained and has a unique romantic flavor. It's perfect for a couple or solo travelers.
All three apartments are on the same floor, making them ideal for larger groups who want to vacation together.
A small private courtyard is available for guests, with satellite TV, wireless internet, and a washing machine on the same floor.
Blue apartment.Little but very romantic.It's composed by a double bed room,a living room with kitchen corner and a bathroom with shower.It appears at the courtyard and at an old stone footpeth .
Green apartment . Friendly and intimate . It’s composed by a sleepingroom with a double bed , a living room with two singles beds, a full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.It dont appears at the lake but it's very quiet and cosy.
Red apartment . Very beautiful and elegant although extremely functional, double bedroom, large living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, kitchen and fully equipped, comfortable bathroom with shower .A long balcony overlooking the lake and frescoed ceilings complete this apartment truly unique.
We are a friendly couple who love our country. My husband Massimo (Ciccio to his friends) and I will be happy to provide you with all the possible information to help you enjoy your stay on Lake Maggiore to the fullest.
We are passionate about art, history, cuisine, music, and traveling. However, we are also capable of being tourists just a few steps away from home because we believe that the real journey lies in the mind. It is beautiful to "travel" with the stories of our guests.
Just a few steps away are the train and ferry stations, all the shops and services, the cable car departure point and the marina.
If you wish, you can forget about your car for the entire duration of your stay.

Laveno is easily accessible from Malpensa airport by Tilo train (7 daily trips and a journey of about 50 minutes).
